You will need:
- Pencil
- White Paper
- White Crayon
- Brushes
- Orange and Brown Paint
1. Lightly draw an outline and features of mask. Having reference material of various types and styles of masks to look at is always a big help to starting a sketch.
2. With the white crayon draw details heavily, on the sketch.
3. Paint a light wash of orange paint over the whole drawing. The white crayon will resist the paint. You may have to water down the paint a little.
4. With a fine brush, paint on the details and outlines of the mask with brown paint.
